Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 ripe sweet persimmon
- Salt and pepper (optional)
Method
- Toast sourdough and spread on a layer of avocado.
- Remove persimmon Calyx (stem), rinse and thinly slice lengthways then halve the rounds.
- Layer persimmon on top of avocado.
- Taste and enjoy!
